packaging 

jewelart jewellery and accessories are beautifully packaged in 'made in Lancashire' recycled tissue paper and an organza bag, bubble wrap and a padded jiffy bag.

delivery

on placing your order you will be given an estimated delivery time, all pieces of jewelart jewellery are handcrafted and normally posted out to you within 3-10* working days of receiving your order. If your order is urgent, let me know and I will try my best to get it sent to you as soon as possible. 

*this is an estimate for guidance only; at certain times of year your order may take slightly longer. Jewelart is not liable for any delay, please be assured that you will be contacted should there be any delays in making and posting your order.

returns

Jewelart creates high quality and distinctive handmade jewellery and accessories, but should you be unhappy with your purchase when it arrives (there is a 7 day cooling-off period in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000) please contact Jewelart in writing. Goods must be returned in their original / unworn / unused condition within 14 days of receiving the item (buyer pays return postage). After checking your returned item, a refund - or if requested a credit note - will be issued.

Due to hygiene issues, earrings are unable to be returned and also specially commissioned pieces.

returns - faulty

All of the jewellery pieces are created by a perfectionist, a skilled craftswoman who takes pride in making jewellery that is of a high standard and excellent quality.
All the orders are double-checked before being sent out, but should you find a fault in your piece of Jewelart, please contact Jewelart in writing within 7 days of receiving your item. For a full refund, goods must be returned in their original unworn / unused condition within 14 days of receiving the item. After checking your returned item a refund will be issued. 

please note: If you wish to return items, you will need to contact Jewelart in writing - sales@jewelart.co.uk - and quote your order reference number, state the item you wish to return and the reason. 
When returning items: please include the original packaging / paperwork with your item and send it by 'signed for' (recorded delivery) to the return address. Jewelart does not accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit.
